Frequently asked questions.

How are your prices calculated?

Our prices are built around a 15 person trip. This includes accommodation, private transportation, airport transfer, as well as admission to all of the group activities and sites. After we have an idea of your group’s planned travel time, amount of people, and trip selection, we can generally estimate an accurate per traveler cost.

Are there add-ons? Do you know if I can use airline miles?

Our airfare estimates are based on economy seating which might be uncomfortable for some travelers. If you would like to upgrade your travel options, our team will help you. If you or someone in your party is looking to use airline miles, we would also be happy to help you. To ensure that you or your inquiring guests are on the same flight, we encourage you to communicate that desire to use as early in the planning process.

Can I bring my parish priest?

We highly encourage you to experience your journey to Rome and surrounding areas with your parish priest. Our pricing model factors in significantly reduced costs for parish priests to join their parish/school/organization trips.

What if I want to see something that isn’t on the itinerary?

Undoubtedly there will be something that you want to see that might not be on the itinerary. We get it- that’s why we started this organization. Our trips are built around everyday people who are traveling. We build in time for you to explore Rome and the surrounding areas. This is also a great sales pitch for your second trip back to Rome in the future :). We do build trips for individuals and families looking for a more relaxed experience in Rome.

I’m not Catholic- will I enjoy any of these trips?

Absolutely. Love history? Love scenery? Love food? You’ll LOVE Rome and the surrounding areas.

Are these trips suitable for children?

We certainly believe there are elements for a broad range of ages to enjoy in Rome. Our recommendation for a fully appreciative experience in Rome is 14+.

Is there a lot of walking? How is the terrain? Are there wheelchairs available?

If you are leaving for a trip in the next three months and you haven’t purchased great walking shoes, it’s time to do that. All of our travel options have charter bus which cart groups across all of our travel locations, however there is a lot of walking.

Whether you are in Rome, Assisi, Florence, Venice or anywhere else, terrain can be rocky, steep, uneven, and cobblestone. There are plenty of cafes, gelato shops, and benches for seating for breaks but be prepared to get those steps in.

For additional cost, wheelchairs may be provided however many of the more ancient sites and churches have limited accessibility.

How can I pay for my trip?

We offer numerous payment options, including credit card (with processing fees), check/cash, and will be unveiling a partnership with a payment company for payment options.
